Solo travelers New Zealand, August 03, 2011	Wonderful hotel in a great location Being on a main (mostly pedestrianised) central street 8.7 I arrived on an overnight bus from Oslo, and the receptionist very kindly let me check in at 7am ! Comfortable bed, good shower, good standard hotel with nice buffet breakfast. Very handy for walking along a shopping street into the Old Town area. Also, handy for the bus terminal and central train station. Restaurant Tip: There's a really good cafe right next door to the hotel. Just turn right out of the front door. But to be honest, there is aboslutely no shortage of good placed to eat.
Madlaina M. Couples Switzerland, July 13, 2012	mitten in der Stadt gute Lage, 7.3 Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, mitten in der Fussgänger- und Shoppingzone. Diverse Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Vorteil ist, dass alles schnell und einfach zu Fuss erreichbar ist (Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten), Nachteil der Lage ist der Lärm bis spät in die Nacht. Gäste und Touristen auf der Strasse und die Müllabfuhr und Strassenreinigung morgens um 1 Uhr lassen keinen ruhigen Schlaf aufkommen. Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch sehr wenige Sitzgelegenheiten, es muss selber abgeräumt werden und die Nachfüllungen liessen auf sich warten. Wer etwas später kommt hat weniger. Mit den vielen Gästen ist es hektisch und nicht gerade ein optimaler entspannter Anfang für den Tag. Das Hotel hat in der Lobby einen Computer der gratis benutzt werden kann (auch Ausdrucke über die Rezeption sind möglich), Wifi ist nur in der Lobby, nicht aber in den Zimmern verfügbar. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich, die Zimmer sonst gut.
