And on the 2nd day, after some shopping, when we arrived at 4 p m, the room was not cleaned.

nice place
close to public transport

It is a nice place in the centre of Stockholm and close to the public transport subway and arlanda express. The breakfast has a lot to choose from and it is nice. The room was clean and well equipt.

Central location but small room

The room is really small, it is difficult to move around. I thought it is near to the train & bus terminal station but it is not that near if I need to drag a heavy luggage to walk about 500m. Breakfast is quite nice but crowded. It is in the city centre so convenient to walk to area of attraction and shopping.
Shopping Tip:
Things are expensive in Stockholm.

great hotel, nice breakfast. you´re close to just about everything. common shopping arounde the corner. if you want high end fashion you have to walk about ten minutes.
the staff could be better. accepting phonecalls in the middle of a conversation (check in) is not ok when you´re leaving the customer in front of you waiting an extra five minutes.

the hotel is located right in the heart of stockholm. Just by the national theatre and shopping area with lots of shops. In walking distance to the central station. And Just a little walk from "Gamla Stan" which is a beautiful must see part of the city.
The room was on the small side but clean. Kind and helpful staff in the front desk.
a pleasent stay at a nice hotel.
