Buffet breakfast and location.
Safety GENERAL shabby appearance.
My reservation was not in accordance with a stuck-up receptionist.Löste itself when I print out booking email and shown to staff. Two out of three elevators broken so it was very physical in the stairs. The pillow was approximately 5mm thick, extra pillow was in a cabinet but it had no pillowcases. Terrible traffic noise all night. The staff would probably wanted to work somewhere else.
