Comfortable bed, quiet, nice restaurant, convenient to trams, helpful staff, great value, fast and free internet connection, nice breakfast
Need better towels and fresh soap each day. Not staffed 24/7
I normally stay at business hotels, but chose the Alexander because of the great price for a personal trip. It is charming, convenient and offers great value. My room was small but adequate for one person. I would definitely stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : The restaurant offers traditional Swiss dishes at good prices.

Price includes Public Service Card. Protected parking inside Hotel. Restaurant with Swiss Specialties, reasonable price. During INTERNATIONAL FAIRS, AS CLOSE TO FAIR, prices are
much higher, and availability not guaranteed. Will
continue to go to this hotel, good for my business
and cultural trip.
