a cool place to be in an equally cool country
hi i liked-
1. the extra helpful staff,very couteous,humble and smiling......
2. price on net was amazing....it was a great deal
3. wasnt so sure about the room specially for the price i got but the room was smart and very spacious....good mattress....
breakfast was ready on time and so was the wakeup call
all in all very good place to stay i am coming again.........

Alexander Hotel
Comfortable bed, quiet, nice restaurant, convenient to trams, helpful staff, great value, fast and free internet connection, nice breakfast

I normally stay at business hotels, but chose the Alexander because of the great price for a personal trip. It is charming, convenient and offers great value. My room was small but adequate for one person. I would definitely stay here again.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant offers traditional Swiss dishes at good prices.

Ich bin nachts 0.30 Uhr angekommen und habe ohne Probleme in der Bar nebenan meinen Schlüssel bekommen und bin von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute von sehr freundlichen und entspannten Menschen bedient worden. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber professionell und gepflegt und alles war sauber. Der enge Aufzug ist mir schnurz, ich habe mich wohl gefühlt!
