Neil G. Couples Indonesia, August 12, 2011	Great location, but small rooms easy for trams 4 Staff are not at all helpful. never try to check in before time, they will not help you if you have just traveled for 21 hours to get there.
Pius E. Solo travelers Switzerland, March 08, 2013	Gute Lage. mitten in der Stadt Zentrale Lage 5.3 Es ist eine Zumutung, das Hotelzimmer zu den hohen Preisen zu vermieten. Das Hotel ist im Umbau und wird sicher schön werden. Es dar aber nicht sein, dass auf der Homepage von AGODA nichts erwähnt wird vom Umbau. Ich habe mich gar nicht als Gast gefühlt sondern als nützlichen Idioten um die Zeit des Umbaus auch noch zu finanzieren. Alles war staubig und im Gang reichte es übermässig nach Fäkalien.
Katja O. Couples Germany, March 06, 2011	Ein sehr enttäuschendes Zimmer/Hotel sehr zentral gelegen 4.3 Für meine Eltern gebucht, sahen die Zimmer (Superior Double Room) im Internet sehr schön aus. Bei einem genaueren hinsehen allerdings, der Teppich alt und muffig, die Nichtraucheretage roch nach altem Rauch, das gleiche im Zimmer. Die Möbel haben auch schon bessere Tage gesehen, sie waren fleckig und abgenutzt und die Vorhänge, die schon sehr grau waren, hatten auch noch Löcher! Das Mercure hat vier Sterne, nun ich hätte mehr erwartet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch ncht überzeugend. Obstsalat aus der Dose, Rühreier die sehr fettig schmecken und eine mini Saftpresse mit der man seinen Orangensaft pressen konnte. Etwas Brot, Wurst und Käse, na ja. Das Personal zwar sehr freundlich aber auch gelegentlich überfordert und wichtige Informationen wurden nicht gegeben.
