Hotel Description

Amid the energy of Berne's central square, this property is midway between the old town and the railway station. Facing the main public square a few blocks from the Bundeshaus, the Hotel Metropole is in a busy central location within walking distance of the old quarter. Steivan J. Couples Switzerland, March 13, 2013	Hotel from the 70's It was centrally located, decently clean and staff was friendly 4.7 Short stay in a relatively cheap priced hotel for the center of Bern. Hotel rooms need a refresher, many object still date back to the 70's (radio, shower, etc..).

Couples Hong Kong, October 20, 2012	Good location but not very friendly staff Good location 6 The hotel is located in the center of the old town only ten minutes walk from the rail station and a few minutes walk to the tourist attraction. The room is fairly clean. The breakfast included is quite good. Nevertheless, the staff was not particularly helpful when you asked for assistance. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: There is Migors supermarket opposite to the hotel. Enter the supermarket and go through it. You will be in the Main Street.
