Nice staff with good quality

The hotel scale is so large that staff may not be free to answer your questions. The room quality is good, clean and tidy. The room view is good. You'll see many snow mountains surrounding you when the skyis clear. Breakfast available, so far so good, but I think when comparing to others in Switzerland, you may just call it simple breakfast. By the way the overall feeling is good and highly recommend.

the hotel is in walking distance from train station but we took bus no.2 instead of walking because of our big baggages and the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel. thanks to vey nice local people who told us the direction. the room is good and clean with big lcd tv though not much decoration. the staff are nice and kind. we were checking out to zermatt the next morning and hesitated to take the big baggages along. the staff allowed us to leave our baggages overnight at the hotel which was a big relief. thumb down points are that wifi is working only at lobby and the shower is in bathtub hanging low without curtain. the water can spill all over the bathroom.

역에서 다소 거리가 있지만 생각보다 너무 괜찮았던 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 편안하며 아침에 일어나 호텔주위를 산책하기도 좋고, 번화가가 아니라 조용한 주택가에 위치해서 그런지 조용히 휴식을 원하는 여행객에게는 좋을 듯합니다. 식사는 간단한 시리얼, 치즈, 햄, 우유, 쥬스, 빵 정도라 평소 아침을 잘 챙겨먹는 저희 가족에게는 다소 부족한 감이 있었지만 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하여 좋은 인상을 남겼던 호텔입니다.
