Size of rooms is ok, very clean and everything works. Avoid rooms at the rear of the hotel as there can be late night noise from people leaving the clubs. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Most of the sightseeing attractions are closed in Jan and Feb

The concierge was very helpful with detailed directions for using public transport. You can get a free transport card, that really helps. The price I got was also good. The room was a bit small, and getting coffee, tea was hard, as they would only provide sugar and one sachet of coffee. Also, one day the chambermaid left the window open, which was not obvious to me, so I froze without realising the window was open behind the drapes. Also, the chambermaid often forgot to replace the coffee. The breakfast was also a bit sparse, at least by Asian standards.
