Front desk very helpful and polite.
Location ideal The carpets in the elevator was badly worn. The shower was very small. The hotel is well located, close to the train and bus station, lake Geneva and restaurants. I took the advise of other reviewer and requested to be on a high floor. Was on the 3rd floor and didn't hear too much noise from the road. The room was extremely small. The shower basin was also very small.

Excellent location.
Hotel staf's friendliness and helpfulness.
Good breakfast. More dress hangers should be provided. The hotel location was excellent. It was quite close to the station, but it was not so noisy as it was situated a street behind the boulevard(rue de Lausanne).Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They answered me all the questions. Breakfast was nice and food was of good quality.
Thanks to Genevoise authority, one-day city transportation pass was provided, so I was able to go anywhere I wanted.
Travel tip : A good supermarket and shopping areas are quite close to the hotel.

Near to the main train station. The hotel is clean. It is a clean hotel and close to the main train station. It is near to many eateries and attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms were comfortable with sufficient facilities. The breakfast provided was very basic and minimal as the hotel has no restaurants.

convenient location, good service at reception desk. it is nice if room is more spacious I am a repeat guest of this hotel and often use this hotel in winter season when room price becomes less expensive. It is nice if winter price is also applicable to other seasons.
Room is clean and beer hall is near this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : very nice beer hall is just in front of the hotel.

location directly opposite the train station and near several restaurants. Friendly reception, clean room. The hotel has everything you need, but little character. After a long train journey, I need that the bed and the room I've booked close. I want a shower, a clean bathroom, a bed and a tasty snack. Right beside the exit of the train station. Close to everything correct room (this is clearly not 3stars Spanish) Full Breakfast Very correct, usually give a card to move freely around the city during your stay (including airport), but if you do not say it must be remembered and we will give Area with much progress are impossible to rest at night party every day until all Highly recommended, but ask for room to the back or in a flat alto.Muy well connected, good external noise except desayuno.Muy content
