Hotel was being renovated, and it was about time by the looks of things. It annoyed me that there was no plag point next to the mirror, but I am sure that will be addressed as part of the renovations. The bathroom was small, but clean.

Wireless not working but great service to fix it
Food is delicious! Had pasta for one of my lunches there and its great!

I could not hook up to the wireless connection in my room and called the hotel service. They responded immediately and sent 2 hotel staff to check out the problem. Great service!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Key selling point is that the hotel is near the airport. Especially convenient for short stayers where time is critical.

Nice and good to the price hotel

Enjoying Geneva in 30 deg C, I would expect the rooms to be hot or having a noisy air con. The room was very well equipped and having a perfect temperature. The hotel standard is quite old, the toilet/bath could have a makeover, but in general the hotel is nice. Free wifi. But breakfast is CHF 35!!! That is way too much. But good service, free (no service charge or whatsoever) shuttle to the airport, but frankly it takes 5-10 min to walk and the same by shuttle.

Great Hotel

The hotel was very well maintained and the staff were well versed in English which was an uncommon experience in some parts of Switzerland. There were a few problems during our stay. The Air Conditioning had a problem and the service was slow when we requested for rectification of the problem. Although there was some renovation work going on during our stay there wasn't too much inconvenience caused. On the whole i was very satisfied with the hotel and would definitely come back when am next in Geneva.

this hotel is very comfortable. they provide free wifi, free bus tickets for the whole day in geneva as this hotel is 20 minutes from the city but 5 minutes from the air port. food is very goods. airport drop is free/.
Shopping Tip:
once in geneva it's just brand shopping and cute cafes.....worth visting this city with good architechture .

cons: the hotel seemed very worn out... service was very slow and kinda rude
pros: right in of the hotel, there is a bus route that can take you straight to downtown. like all the other airport hotels around there, there's a hotel shuttle that picks you up from the airport and drops you off too. convinient. would recommend to travellers who have early flight the next day, and who plans to stay for a sunday too! (since there's no shop openining in town on sunday.)
Restaurant Tip:
the cathedral area is beautiful... must check out globus' food court! with mouthwatering seafood bar and lovely croissant!

Easy transfer to hotel from sirport with friendly driver. Good English. Check in was quick and smooth.
Standard room was a bit tired. Noticed damage to bedbase corners.
However very clean.
Reception staff helpful. Free wifi and power adapter supplied.
Quiet sunny room. No childrens play area outside that we were aware of.
