Groups Philippines, February 10, 2013	Exquisite Lodging and Service Bed, Bathroom, Design of the Hotel, Lobby 9.3 we liked that the staff were really friendly, and that even if the cleaning lady did not know how to speak english, she was still trying to understand us and did not lose her temper. we also liked that there is tea and coffee in the room. the bed was really good. plus, the transportation card was superb! one thing that we were a bit disappointed in was the lighting in the room. it was too dark. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: You can walk and see everything in Geneva because of your transportation card. If you're lost, just hop on a tram and don't be afraid to ask people because they are friendly.

Unfortunately when we arrived they were booked out as there were cancellations at the airport. We had prebooked on agaoda, however they had not turned of the system so it was still taking bookings... Even though there was this issue, they paid for a taxi to another NH hotel and transfered the payment to that hotel and gave us free breakfast. So we ended up very happy with the service and its an excellent hotel chain, would definitely use them again

Business travelers United Kingdom, November 02, 2012	Confortable hotel Rooms had very comfortable beds 7 hotel was pleasant - friendly customer service. the rooms were large with nice bathroom and toiletries. my only criticism is choice of television channels - why only have limited english channels and only news? Hotel Feature Tip: Free travel card with your stay and there's a bus right outside hotel. You can get to airport in 20 minutes.
