we liked that the staff were really friendly, and that even if the cleaning lady did not know how to speak english, she was still trying to understand us and did not lose her temper. we also liked that there is tea and coffee in the room. the bed was really good. plus, the transportation card was superb!
one thing that we were a bit disappointed in was the lighting in the room. it was too dark.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can walk and see everything in Geneva because of your transportation card. If you're lost, just hop on a tram and don't be afraid to ask people because they are friendly.
