Convenient location
Sauna was a big bonus to have after a day of sightseeing and traveling around

Reception staff were very friendly and let us check in early. They also explained everything regarding hotel amenities and local transport. The room was somewhat small but very clean and comfortable. It was also very warm so we kept our window a little open through the night. SInce it was the end of year celebration, it was pretty loud outside in the middle of the night.
We used sauna a couple times - it is a small room with only one chair to rest after sauna, and sauna is fairly small. The second time we went, there was a person in the sauna nude. So I guess watch out.
Hotel did not include breakfast but there are lots of little places all around.
Hotel is located within 5-10 minutes walk from the central train station which was very convenient since we traveled to different places by train every day. Also, it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the bridge and the old town where there is main shopping, restaurants and entertainment
Restaurant Tip:
It is a must to dine in Brasserie Lip restaurant - very nice ambience and food is wonderful!!!

Great Location next to the main attraction

The room is small but the environment is very confortable. The place is so close to the Geneva main attraction. The front desk are very friendly and very generious as a free public trasportation given for th eguest of the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurant are very close to this hotel. There are Indians and Middle Eastern Halal Restaurand every where along the same street of this Hotel.

Convenient and friendly
Very near to tram station (Mole) - just in front of the hotel

convenient stay, good services, delicious cookies at the front desk, good location i.e. near tram station and also gare cornavin, near coop and lidt store too. breakfast menu can be further improved by adding more varieties since it cost chf per person.. to also add more halal food since many muslims are staying at the hotel.

the hotel is close to the train station. one can reach there from the train station in a 5-minute walk. the room is small, yet fully equipped. the hotel gave us travel vouchers, which allowed us to take public transport free of charge in geneve. we could go to different spots in geneve easily.
Shopping Tip:
A supermarket is found nearby.

Great hotel, but service was not helpful at first

There was a problem with our booking, and rather than helping us the man working the counter told us that we had no reservation and that we could re book it with them for a higher price. Somehow i accessed their internet and was able to contact and have them call the hotel to straighten things up. About 2 hours later i walked up to the counter, the man refused tot talk with the agent until they changed shifts and the other man was kind enough to help. We ended up getting an upgrade for the troubles, but the first receptionist was terrible.
Restaurant Tip:
Chez Ma Cuisine is a great little restaurant that serves chicken only. They have a great roast chicken!

Central location, neat.

Althought it was a short stay (only one night), we had a very comfortable stay and it was very easy to both find the hotel (which is a very short walk from the central train station) and get from it to the main attractions around the city.

Nice hotel, but didn't like the location.
Nice upmarket hotel with excellent service, great restaurant and food.

This Hotel is located right next to the train station. The back rooms are almost on the tracks. We asked for a high floor to reduce the noise but still ended up at the back and could hear the trains. Lower floors would be worse.
