the hotel is very centrally located, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was served in my room. however, the walls seemed to be rather thin and i could hear the guests in the room next door chatting late into the evening. also, this hotel offers airport pick-up, which i chose, but no one came to get me. when i called the hotel from the airport, the receptionist simply said that there was no shuttle service on that day and that i would have to find my own way there. while this was not too complicated, i found this to be very poor customer service.

Convenient location is the biggest selling point of the hotel. It's only few blocks away from the train station and there is a supermarket nearby. Free Wifi is a plus!
The room is as advertised, clean and pleasant! I enjoyed my stay and found the rate reasonable!

Room like appartment rather than a hotel

It is a good hotel, like many old building small hotel in Europe. I stayed there end of August when I started my trip and came back before leaving Europe. The staff of this hotel is kind and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Geneva is not big, but if you want to go Red Cross HQ from area around the Geneva Lake, you better use the tram / bus. Don't forget the hotel give you free public transfer pass. In general, the hotel room rate in Geneva beginning Sept. is a lot higher than in end of August.

It is a good hotel, room big enoguh for two person. It is a old building, but overall the cleaning and service is good. Breakfast is the general one, size good enough.
It's location just good, opposite to the long travel bus station, we just get down stair and cross the road can get on bus to Annecy. Also close to the bridge and can walk to old town.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Remember to get the public traffic card from the hotel. You can have free ride for 2 days

This is an old style hotel with about twenty+ room, good break fast. Hotel is quite near to the train station within 5 minutes walking from the station exit. If you are the first timer you may find difficult to locate the Hotel and not many people know the place even you ask people in the train station. However, this is good hotel for short stay in Geneva.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel has issued you a free pass for tram and bus to travel within the city area. Maps and booklets are also available in the hotel.

The hotel room was nice and the location was just within the tourist attractions. However the staff were a bit quiet and not very approachable. Perhaps it is the language barrier. Overall our stay was a pleasant one.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Within walking distance to many attractions in the city. It's a small city anyway. Just a stone throw from the lake. A bit pricey. I guess Geneva caters to the wealthier travellers.

The Hotel is close to Geneva railway station and lake of Geneva. Within seven minutes walk, you can reach both locations. Hotel is old style but provides very things larger hotel provides with big space. Staffs at the hotel are very nice. I am happy with the stay.
