Nice view from our window and the staff are friendly too ! U get a free bus transport in the city
Our door lock was spoilt and can't lock. Told the staff but it wasn't fixed when we are back at night
Our door lock was spoilt and can't lock. Told the staff but it wasn't fixed when we are back at night. And the hotel is 1 bus stop from the train station even though it is 5min from there. It was a slight uphill walk not advisible for heavy luggage

Good location, free car parking, pleasant staff, good food and accommodation. Fair value for money.
The hotel is well located in Unterseen - a quiet part of Interlaken. An attractive hotel in all respects - outside, guest rooms and general areas. Rooms well equipped and reasonably spacious. Breakfast excellent and good dinner menu. Good and plentiful car parking. Staff friendly and welcoming. No reservations in recommending this hotel. Attractively priced - everything is expensive in Switzerland!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : So much to do in this area - Lakes and mountains plus Interlaken itself.

Very quick to respond in front of friendly. Spacious and comfortable rooms. In walking distance to the West Railway Station, see the Jungfrau, and leave the window in front, very good location.
Was to lead the Internet in the lobby or the cafeteria, in fact there was a much weaker signal is barely spit.
