Cleanliness, punctuality and service
Furnitures are old, may be improved.
We stayed three days in this hotel. It is not a hi-fi hotel, but we are satisfied with their service. It is very close to Interlaken West rail station and sometimes little bit noisy. It has no bar, but their breakfast was great. The hotel receptionist is charming and very helpful.

Good location, just 1 mins walk to Interlaken West
- Old decoration;
- The view is so so.
The hotel with excellent location and relatively low price within Interlaken area. The breakfast is good while the restaurant located at 5th floor (TOP OF THE BUILDING) and with better view.
It is convenience that you can take the Bus to Interlaken Est station (where you can take the train to Jungfraub) at the bus terminal just opposite to the hotel.
