The rooms were very spacious & clean. Our stay was very memorable and the friendly made it the stay in Switzerland we had dreamed of. The buffet breakfast was wide in choice and cater to everybody's needs'. Close to shops and metres from the Railway Station. Would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

It is a very beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. The lighting in the hotel makes it look warm and cozy. Room is spacious. Good breakfast. One thing they can improve is the bed. We asked for a king bed and it came with two twin attached together so we have two mattresses together. It would have made the whole thing perfect if we had got the king size mattress. Other than this everything was great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you come by train, get off at Interlaken West Station. The hotel is closer to the West station (700m) than Interlaken East Station (1000m.) We had two luggages so we decided to take taxi. It costed 14 CHF for two person for a distance of 700 meters! We could have walked as it felt very close to the station. The taxi driver told us that it costs the same price for all destinations in Interlaken as it is a small town.

Excellent hotel with professional service

It is one of the most expensive hotel in Jungfrau Region. But it is really worthwhile if you want a relaxing and comfortable trip. The swimming pool and the saunn environment is excellent and spacious. If you are lucky, they may upgrade you to a room with big balcony. One point that my wife complain is that the interior decoration like 80s and no air conditioning
