This beautiful old building is right next door to the train station offering excellent proximity to the river and the Chapel Bridge. Sporting a beautiful Belle Epoch fa�ade, the Monopol Hotel is difficult to miss, located on a major intersection in the city center. Everything is within a few moments� walk � the old town is just over the bridge, the river is a block away and caf�s, shops and restaurants can be found in all directions. Rooms at the Monopol are big by European standards and have modern bathrooms and views of the street. Breakfast offers a generous buffet of cooked and continental goods, and for those who just like to grab a quick coffee and go, there�s a Starbucks situated on the ground floor.

Very good value of money if you get discounted rate and prefer great location which is close to the station, shops, the lake and attractions. (We found very good rate on Agoda! Cheers!)
