The hotel is located very close to the city centre and the bridges, and it features a private underground parking, which we were allowed to use for free. The bathroom was large and well equipped, with a large bathtub and proper plumming. The reception staff was warm and welcoming. The room did not feature an air conditioning system, but we found it not to be necessary. It's a 12-minutes walk from the central station and on a direct bus line if one isn't up to walking. There is a complimentary Internet access available on the 1st floor and paid wifi service available in your room.

- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Within a minute walk you can go to the lake, casino or the famous dying lion monument. There's a very very good Mediterranean restaurant at the second floor of the Luzern Casino called "Olivo". Very good lake view and also very friendly staff and extremely delicious food.
You can reach this hotel by the shuttle bus if you arrive by train. Catch the bus line #1 to Lowenplatz stop and you'll see the hotel right there.

- Shopping Tip : We found the little boutique shops in the area near the hotel to be delightful-the store owners were very pleasant, helpful and their prices were reasonable.
