During my business trip to Lugano was very apreciate to stay in this hotel. Staff is very professional and the hotel is in the center of the City for an easy walk after work with a good variety of restaurant nearby. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the lobby is very confortable for meeting friends or clients. Rooms are generally small but for those who are travelling by car the parking place is unbelievable with an underground automatic parking robot system.

Some class of rooms include free transfer from and to Airport. Worth using these if time suits as taxi rides can be quite expensive.
Shopping Tip:
Buy choc from the Manor supermarket a stone's throw from the hotel.

Centrally located hotel, at the base of the lift down from the railway station. One can walk all over central Lugano from here. Complimentary soft drinks in mini bar and coffee and snacks in lobby. A great hotel for chocoholics - chocolates and sweets available at every turn. Breakfast is comprehensive for Europe. A beautiful, but not inexpensive hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stay in Bellagio or in another beautiful village on Lake Come and take the bus from Menaggio to Lugano. The bus trip around the lake is hair raising but provides good sightseeing and a great round trip from Milan.
