beautiful, but little bit cold & uncomfort shower

very nice lake side view and good location.
unfortunately, heater makes me cold.
about 1.5 km far from lugano dowm town,so not noisy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must be at Hermann Hesse Musiumm.

it was one of the best option you cab go for, an amazing view , good staff, bus stop and boats close by. the room great. And people are unbeliveably helpfull.
Restaurant Tip:
pizzaria opposite is very good.

Good hotel hardware but impolite service
Good air conditioner and big washroom

The hotel was good in hardware but soft services are improper - especially the woman for the breakfast service every morning always show angry face and only shows limited smile to western people but not Asia people. It was serious discrimination and absolutely influence the hotel image.
Besides her angry face, she also didn't say good morning or showed friendly gesture/greeting !
