we stayed in alpina for one night. the breakfast is always served at monopol hotel. we booked a couple room but was upgraded to a triple room. It has 3 single beds in the room with a writing table. the room is huge. we enjoyed the stay with Alpina.

We got a free upgrade to stay at the Monopol Hotel. Very much worth for comming back. Rooms are clean n big, 50 meters from the train station and at the heart of Luzern. Very helpful and friendly staff. The only minor issue is that there is no wifi connection at the rooms. Other than that...no issues at all.

The design of the room was very modern and we liked that it was bigger than other city hotel rooms. The location of the hotel was wonderful, near to the train station and very close to the places of attraction. We were able to walk everywhere comfortably.
