A ten-minute walk from Lucerne's old town, the Grand Europe Hotel offers modernized interiors that retain a warm European ambience. Getting into the city center can be done quickly by bus (It's a five-minute journey), but for a leisurely amble around the lake guests should allow around 15 minutes.
