it is very convenient place and many tourist location, it is easy to go to chapel bridge and very walking distance from the train station, however, the hotel is small and nothing in hotel. small toliet!

Location is central, close to restaurants, shopping sites and the railway.

the room is really small, but for the price, one can't complain. the hotel folks made it easy for us to get in even though we arrived at midnight. the hotel itself is small but the wifi works fine.a car park is located near the hotel, but as with all car parks in the area, rates are high.located close to most transport lines and food is also rather easy to get .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Mount Pilatus is a must-see. Go early in

Amazing Hotel

as soon we entered the hotel, we were so well welcomed by the generous staff with a smiling face. she also helped us in located all the best points around as well gave us all the information needed to tour the place.
hotel is located in the lucerne old town very close to a beautiful & most beautiful lake & also 5 minutes walking from rail.
hotel rooms are very clean & beds were neat. eventhou rooms aren't big enough but we had an awesome time.

Convenient location but not covenient room

The hotel locate in a good area, close to everything for attractive location and tram stations. However, the room is not well manitainance (many things do not work). The room is too dark and too small. There is no refrigerater nor air condition if you travel in summer, I do not recommend. They provide free wifi.

The location of the hotel is good as it is within walking distance from the train station. I find the room is very small for the price and the outside of the hotel is crowded with tourists.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Mount titlis is very nice which is worth visiting.

the hotel location is good very close to the central part of town, where there is a lot of shopping and good food. the hotel room is big enough and clean, maybe needs to be a little better lighted but overall is ok . the toilet is well equipped, with shampoo and soap and towel . overall satisfied.
