This hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the Luzern train station. Therefore, it is so convenient and safe time in travelling throughout Switzerland. The rooms were ok but the staff were very friendly and helpful. They will try their best to assist us on whatever we asked for. The surrounding restaurants and fastfood restaurants were plenty. The hotel also has Starbucks coffee on the ground floor.

The hotel is 4 stars hotel with full facility and services. This hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the Luzern train station. The location of the hotel is excellent near everything … but no air conditioning and no free internet in the rooms. What was disappointing the deal barker for me?
It becomes hot at night I had to open the window as (no A/C) and they add a fan in the room that did help to cool the room but not that much and you need to open the windows but that was a problem because of the noisy and the music form the club down…
The room was very small … This hotel should be rated 2 star.
Mini bar forage was not working and no complementary free water in the room…what was disappointing
Not recommended by as it is overpriced and expansive.

This hotel is classed as 4 star but should be 3 - however the value was there as it is located right in the centre of the city. There are no services apart from breakfast and car parking. The restaurants below are privately owned and fast food. the bar on the roof is private and has good views - noisy on weekend evenings so do not stay on top floors unless you like noise. Basic room- no air con.Staff very friendly and helpful
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pilatus trip worthwhiel- steamship, cog railway and cable car rides to Pilatus mountain

We had no difficulty finding the hotel as it was right smack across the road from the train station. Pulling our heavy luggages along and finding a hotel staring at us in our face was definitely a plus plus point.
The counter staff were very attentive to our needs, went out of their way to assist us to find sightseeing & shopping locations which we mentioned.
Food served at breakfast was excellent. Service staff made us feel at home with their smiles which warmed our days despite the cold mornings.
