Traditionalists may be skeptical of the low-lit boudoir look, as well as the Bam Bou Asian fusion restaurant, but there are plenty of places in Lucerne for the chocolate dipped Swiss chalet experience.

staff very friendly and helpful
Very nice hotel and the location is excellent as you can walk to the city center and the bridge. The train station is also just round the corner. The room was very big with modern design, but I was slightly dissapointed by the dust. The staff was really nice and helpful. I also recomend the bamboo restaurant, located in the basement of the hotel, really delicious.
