Warm and genuine 9.3 The room was amazing! We already starting making plans about coming back on the very first day. Comprehensive facilities, well maintained, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Easily one of the best places we have stayed in. And we have been fairly well travelled around Europe Hotel Feature Tip: Bring your trunks and swim gear even if it's winter... the outdoor thermal pool is a great place to spend the evening.

Couples Switzerland, April 28, 2012	Emplacement idéal pour le ski Vue, piscine et sauna 8.7 L'hôtel ce situe a quelque mettre du remontée mécanique pour le glacier Matterhorn Paradise il a la vue sur le Cervin et pas loin à pied du centre de zermatt .Bon petit déjeuner ! Il n'y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel mais au centre du village plusieurs choix de très bon restaurant. En plus il y a une piscine agréable dedans et qui donne aussi dehors avec une vue spectaculaire, les chambres sont agréable avec jolie vue .Nous les avons appelé et il sont venu nous chercher à la gare. Le lieu et propice pour la détente et nous donne envie de découvrir, aussi l'architecture du bâtiment et magnifique. Le personnel bien, souriant, serviable

Couples Japan, July 09, 2011	ホテルでの夕食が出来ないのは残念だが、近くにレストランがいくつもある。ロープウェイの駅がすぐそばにありトロッケーナ・シュテーク、グレッチャー・パラダイスへ行くにはとても便利 6.3 ツェルマットには沢山のﾎﾃﾙがありますが、予約サイトではマッターホルンが見える部屋を明記していないホテルが多く、明記されているこのホテルを予約。行ってみて、確かにマッターホルンは良く見えますが、すぐ側にロープウェイの鉄塔とケーブルが走っていて、ﾎﾃﾙのベランダから朝・夕色づくマッターホルンの写真を撮りたいと思っていた私にとっては邪魔になりちょっと残念でした。それとホテルのレストランは夕食はやっていないので近くの別のホテルのレストランに食事に行きました。すぐ側にロープウェイの駅があるのでトロッケーナ・シュテーク、グレッチャー・パラダイスへ行くにはとても便利。ただ駅からは一番遠い場所にあり徒歩１５～２０分かかります。(但し、駅への送迎あり) Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: トロッケーナ・シュテークからはマッターホルンが間近見ることができます。そこからグレッチャー・パラダイスへ上がると真夏とは思えない別世界。風が強かったので余計に寒く感じられましたが、展望台で雪景色を見ながら暖かいスープを飲んでホット一息。スネガーパラダイスから見るマッターホルンは見える角度が変わってまた一味違った姿を見せてくれます。
