Great restaurant, comfortable modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Near to the lake and the Opera House.
The full breakfast was eye-wateringly expensive.
I really enjoyed staying at the Ambassador hotel in Zurich. It is a small boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant. The decor is modern without being stark or cold. The bedrooms have plasma TVs, a coffee and tea making kit, thick fluffy bathrobes and disposable towelling slippers. The bathrooms are modern and the showers are powerful. The beds can be adjusted, if you like to sleep with your feet or head elevated and a delicious chocolate is left on your pillow so that you have "sweet dreams".
Travel tip : The hotel is very near to the lake.

Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable, well equipped bedroom and bathroom.
Apart from a slight hitch at check in, where the receptionist did not have details from Agoda, we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly in their customer service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A trip by S-bahn up Uetliberg is highly recommended.
