Good Clean room, Wonderful Customer Service, Central Location.........right by the Strassenbahn Line, Excellent food service.......... Well America it was kinda of small but this is Europe we discussing here so i expected nothing less.......... The hotel is right in the middle of Zurich which was wonderful. They had excellent customer service, staff did their utmost to attend not only mine but the need of anyone in the hotel. Excellent food service. I am an American so I naturally go into a hotel expecting alot of space which being Europe the hotel didn't have. A very good facility in an outstanding location. I feel this establishment is especially acceptable for anyone making a short trip to Zurich.
