This is a traditional European-style establishment within a five-minute walk of central station. Located just across the Limmat from Zurich�s main railway, the Bristol Hotel is a basic small hotel that perfectly services budget travelers wanting to be close to the center of town. A ten-minute walk north of Niederdorf � the Old Town where most of Zurich�s nightlife takes place � this hotel has trams, trains and the upscale shopping of Bahnhofstrasse all within close range. Rooms are typically European � bright, neat and compact with bathrooms kept clean and up-to-date. At last check there were no internet facilities, but staff here is renowned for friendliness and can point guests in whatever direction they need to be pointed whether for an internet fix or the city�s best fondue.

room was kind of small, especially bathroom was tiny.

both rooms were very clean and comfortable, but very small. bathrooms were both tiny.
breakfast was just fine, no complaint.
hotel people were very helpful throughout the stay.

good breakfast and friendly atmosphere
The hotel's location is not that far as expected to the main railway station. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful though the furnishing of the room is very basic. We chose this hotel as we have 2 teenagers children travelling with us and this is 1 of the few hotels in zurich that offer 4 beds. For the amount we paying i think the hotel fair good and minimal fuss over checking in and out.
