Comfortable and welcoming
Larger than average European hotel room / very comfortable king size bed / close to the old town and railway station

The receptionist was very welcoming. Our room was available early so we could check in and start looking around the City. The king size bed
Was extremely comfortable, although we found the room to be very warm and were not able to turn the temperature down.
The room was made up satisfactorily each day. Check out was quick and efficient, and a Taxi was available within minutes to take
Us to the Airport.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Zurich Haubahnhof, which I very convenient for people travel by train. The shopping area is also within walking proximity. The hotel staff was rather friendly. However, I am a bit disappointed that for such a premium price I paid, breakfast is not included in the package. Also, the room was kind of dusty; I can clearly see a layer of dust accumulated on the room’s table.

A hotel that meets al my needs.
Good quality wifi in the room, nice dining faclities and food and centrally located hotel.

The hotel is located 5 mins walk from the central rail station which make it very convenient. Sight seing of Zurich can be done easily on foot, and the main shopping areas are only 10 minutes walk away. Lake a river cruises nearby. And many eateries are available. If there is any downside, it would be the cost of living is very high. A set meal at fast food like MacDonald or Burger King will set you s back by 12-5 Swiss Francs, by far the most expensive anywhere around. The hotel itself is well managed, good condition and services of staff was very good and friendly. The wifi system works well and the breakfast was good and has ood varieties. overall, excellent.

it was a nice hotel with typical swiss friendliness and professionalism. however, the location of the hotel is not that easy to navigate from main zurich train station, especially for first timer. it takes a bit of identifying the turns from the main entrance of the station and the distance is about 500 meters or so. location seems a bit secluded and there are some quiet restaurants around.
i was upgraded to double room (nice of them) and the furnishing in the room looks new and well kept. i like the free wifi service and at the lobby there were free apples and fresh apple juice for guests. breakfast selection was fantastic with a lot of choices. overall i am happy with my stay and won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
Shopping Tip:
Nothing much to shop around the hotel area.

Good location hotel but the room was not cleaned

It is a good location hotel because it is near Zurich train station.
The staff were not very efficient as they sent us to a room that has not been cleaned and made up yet. The bed sheet was missing and the garbage bin was still full. The staff at the restaurant also absent as we could not find a person to receive us at the restaurant.
The food was good though.

Business type hotel with good location
Good location near Zurich HB train station

The hotel has a very good location as it situated near Zurich HB train station. Therefore, it is convenient for business people to commute by train to all cities in Switzerland. However, the management of daily service was not very good. Once we checked in for 2 rooms but one room was not ready (although it was 8 pm already when we arrived). The room was not cleaned and the staff has not checked it before sending us up to the room. We tried to eat in at one of their restaurant but once we arrived, there were no service staff available so we have walk down to the reception to ask them to locate a staff for us.
