Great hotel to stay in, I stayed here 4th time,
best thai restaurant in zurich right opposite.

Decent location. Easy to find from or going to the airport. Quiet. Bed was okay.
The lobby reeks of cigarette smoke. Front desk staff, one in particular was rude and unhelpful. It is way over-priced for what it is, this includes the restaurant.
Shopping Tip : Late at night, there is a petroleum station outside of the square the hotel is in. It is situated to the back of the hotel. It is a Coop, and has all sorts of snacks including sandwiches and prepared meals. We were told there was nothing open late at night. It was open quite late.
