great location but small room
lovely front desk lady and best location.

at the beginning the heater is not working, then the front desk lady was coming and fix it immediately.
they also provide late flight traveler like us to put languages there for late pick up.
nice and cozy hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
no breakfast provided by hotel.
can walk only 5 min to "Manor" restaurant inside for easy breakfast only CHF6!!

Reception is slightly difficult to find, must wait for lift to display a German sign before going to 5th floor. Rooms are on the other floors, lift is rather small. But the large and nicely decorated room is a plus. Reception is also not 24hrs, so must call beforehand if expecting to arrive at the reception non-operational hours. But the receptionist is helpful, left a note in the room with taxi driver details when I was going to check out the next day during non-operational hours.

This hotel location is very good, which is near to the train station, and very convenience to the frequent traveller who stays for 1 or 2 nights.
The room is nice and clean, but the room size is not too big. The bed and bathroom is very clean. The front desk service is very nice for any enquiry and city sight-seeing, but the front desk is not open in night time.

Good location with walking distance to the lake. Helpful staffs provided a lot of traveling tips. The room is moderate size although nicely decorated.

really close to zurich main station so it is convenient for business, travelling, or shopping. we were welcomed with smiles and the reception speaks fluent english, very helpful. nice room decoration and bathroom amenities are good. there was no air con or fan in our room, though. or we just couldnt find it?
anyway it is definitely depreesive in summer. but things got much better at night.
overall, we enjoyed our stay.

the location is great, walking distance to train station, main shopping district. the bedroom and bathroom are very small. no air con, and a bit noisy from the people downstair when we open the window. the bedroom floor is moderately clean.

This boutique hotel is a small, cosy boutique hotel. The interior is beautifully furnished in victorian style. Just outside the hotel is a vibrant street full of cafes and shops. The hotel is located within walking distance from Zurich Main train station so traveling anywhere is very convenient.

i love the stay. very cute hotel in a perfect location for zurich. just 1 minutes from the famous bahnhofstrasse with all the shops and 5 minutes from the railway station. the staff is very friendly and helpful. i will definitively stay in this hotel again next time i stay in zurich.
