立地条件はいいが、設備は古く感じる。
すぐ近くに、テルミナル（バスターミナル）の停留所があり、しかも屋根があるので、雨が降っても濡れずに行ける。

街歩きにも便利な場所。が、一番始めに訪れたときは、入り口がわかりにくい。（マクドナルドの隣り）
古いタイプのエレベーターは、初めての日本人には使いにくいかもしれない。
全体的に暗い雰囲気にみえた。（重厚感があるとも言う）
Shopping Tip:
ブルサのお菓子屋さん『Kardelen』の店員さんは、皆さん親切でした。（ブルサの人、全般に親切でしたが）
ケバブ屋『イスケンデル』は両方とも満席で、店に入ることもできなかった。（ラマザン月の夜8時半頃）早めに来店してたら、違ったかも･･･。心残りです。
