i turned up to the hotel and was told there was no gym after reading that there was. (the reason i booked this hotel)
the receptionist was so unfriendly and unhelpful about this situation.

Great location & nice helpful hotel staffs
Walking distance to most of the main attractions in the old town: Grand Bazzar, St. Sophia, Blue Mosque & also just short distance to the Tram station that can take you basically everywhere.

I arrived in the morning about 8am and after I checked in, I was told that I can go to the Terrace Restaurant for my Breakfast. That was very nice of them. The breakfast was with great varieties & I really enjoyed it. The opened air Terrace Restaurant was a lovely little place especially in the morning. The bedroom was really quite small as I have booked a double room, luckily my frind didn't turn up, or else I am not sure how we can squeeze into that small bed. The bathroom was really small. The room was clean thou. The staffs there were friendly & helpful & for a small hotel like this, you don't expect 5 or 6 stars hotel kind of services. They even let me go into the recption room to use their computer to check in my airticket as the one outside was a bit difficult to use due to the key board was of dofferent design. The hotel was of great location butu need a bit of effort as it is at the down slope of the road. In the night it was a bit dark at that street but I've never thought that it'll be any danger there as there were many people walking on that street including local women during night time.
Shopping Tip:
The street where the hotel is loacted is with many leather bags makers & shops. You can really get a good bargain there, it will be much cheaper than the Grand Bazzar.
