It was great stay
Good location, easy access to Metro and very near to Grand Bazaar

It was great, the hotel is clean, cozy and hotel staff are nice and helpful esp EREN the receptionist and also Nil.
They gave us much information we need.
The location only 300m from. Tram station and the grand bazzar. 10 mins. Walk to blue mosque and hagia sofia

We checked in for 2 separate nights here. The first day, the staff were pleasant and helpful, even allowed us to have complimentary snacks and drinks at the bar. The second night however, the reception staff was a younger man who was unfriendly, curt and offered only 1 small bottle of water as welcome drink for the four of us.
The room, though small was adequate and comfortable, having all basic amenities like hairdryer, towels and WIFI. The price was a bit expensive but the location (just few mins walk to tram station) was the plus point for us.

nice hotel in comparison to others I have been in the area.
Good pricing quality ratio, big room, comfortable bed, no noise from the outside , though neigbouring room and corridor voices clearly heard. Breakfast menu could be more extensive with more warm dishes and vegetables or fruits. Clean bathroom, though the door from the shower has fallen out while opening.

it was very interesting staying in balin hotel. once my wife and me arrived, they served us a cup of coffee and turkish tea. it was very delightful. a week before we came here, we having a communication by email with miss nil. she gave me a lots of information regarding the hotel and places of interest in istanbul. it was very helpful for tourist like us. we are backpackers, so we gained from her. a thousand of words i can express to this hotel. they are very kind, helpful and will give whatever you request. stars? i will give as much stars as in the sky...thank you so much, balin hotel ( nil, sarkan, suleyman and others )

Welcoming and comfortable
The staff were very kind, our room was clean and the breakfast had great variety.

An overall pleasant experience, cannot complain. I would stay here again if I ever return to Istanbul.
Travel tip:
Stay away from Eurolomousine airport shuttle / Alamo company. They totally ripped us off! They wouldn't take us back to the airport as arranged unless we paid an extra $70, which we had no choice otherwise we would have missed our flight! Taxi would have been a cheaper option..
