i would like to advice anybody to sit on BEST WESTERN CITADEL HOTEL , due to excellent service and support especially for me and advice me many times for places and gave me guide , also regarding the position was excellent between every thing you must visit in ISTANBUL like BLUE MOSQUE, AYA SOFYA ,ARASTA BAZAR , GRAND BAZAR , every thing you can reach easily, but i have to inform about room as it was really very small for the small family like me and my wife in addition to baby. but over all its excellent hotel

Location - 10 minutes walk from everything mentioned in the Istanbul tourist brochure Service - slow and missing the touch (even the bell boys wait for tipping to happen) , also bear in mind it is a personally owned and operated hotel so best western service standards were missing. we had AC touble for all 3 days with no clear solution happening, this was even after regular follow up The location of the hotel is a clear winner with the old city on the rear side and a clear view of the Marmara sea on the other. Poor service standards and a clear lack of maintenance help with respoect ot airconditioning etc.
Even the pricing is a bit on the expensive side, you can stay for the location, nothing much to talk about otherwise. A few dollars more could possibly give you a much better deal

Good internet access, excellent position close to the city and close to the airport. Nice sea view and good stuff. It my third time coming to this hotel and sure not the last one.
