If you love heavy metal music then it is the right place. A rocker club plays such music until 3 AM in the same building, trust me, you won't sleep.
Room and especially toilet was dirty, we made complaints but nothing happened. Towels and bed sleeves won't be changed before you leave! Shower cubicle door was broken. So just forget it!
You will also hear the kitchen from early morning until late night. If you are a freak, go there. There are money lovely and nice and quiet hotels just 1 or 2 streets around the corner.
Shopping Tip:
Just beside you will find the major shopping street.

the hotel is a bit inside so one will need to walk 50 meters from the mail road to get to the hotel. the place is surrounded by pubs which play loud music till 2-3 am so if you are with your family a strict no-no. also the place was clean with basic amenities. the staff is friendly but do not speak english at all.
Nightlife Tip:
Be careful if you are alone you will surely get cheated. All othere places are near from here.

The location is excellent, very close to the Taksim square - just about 5 minutes walk. But the apartment may be a bit difficult to be located as the entrance is indeed a small restaurant with same name as Beyaz. Staff in the restaurant are helpful and took me to the apartment above the restaurant.
Not suitable for people who like quite. It's surrounded by bars and quite noisy at night

The flat was quite great and the service almost perfect. the only dark point was they didn't clean our room after the first day but, otherwise, everything was perfect: location (close to Istiklal cadesi), the room and the restaurant downstairs!

Big clean room with some noise

Perfect place but not easy to find.
Room was quite big and clean.
But you need to bear some noise until early morning due to some clubs are near.
1st floor is restruant so easy to eat all the time.
Also you keep in mind staff cannot speak English.
Anyway not bad choice.

Kind staffs but lousy place
in the center of bars and clubs

It's not so far from the Taksim Sqaure but I needed to get an assistance from pizza delivery to find this place. If you come down to the main street from the Taksim Square, you had better to find 'Mango' on the left. Turn right at the spot, then you'll find Beyaz Restaurant on your right.
Actually I couldn't get sleep on night, because it locates in the center of lousy bars and clubs. For the persons wanna enjoy the night, it'll be a good choice. It'll be the nightmare for the early sleeper.
The best things for here are very comportable bed and large room. The odd things for this place is no refrigerator. Anyhow, if you are female traveller I strongly doesn't recommend this place and if you are male and wanna enjoy pubs overnight and budget traveller, it'll be good choice for you.
Staffs are very kind(willing to help) but not easy to communicate in english.
Nightlife Tip:
bars and clubs are surrounding on it. 5 steps away from this place.

24x7 Noisy / Terrible Experience

There is no sign for the aparts. Aparts are located on the upper floors of a 24/7 open restaurant. There is no receptionist, you have to deal with the cashier to find your bookings. The room was not ready when I arrived at 6pm! I had to wait 20 minutes or so for my room. I was staying at the third floor of the so called studio. The first floor is restaurant, the second floor is the kitchen where they wash the dishes and restaurant staff stays. There is constant noise of dishes, staff, clients...
The doors are not sound proof, and the marble stairs echo the sounds so much that even the slightest noise from the restaurant feels like it is coming inside your room. I asked for extra towels, which never came. The wifi was not working. There is no bottled water in the room. There is no fridge. The sealing of the bathroom started to leak around 6am. How do I know? just around 5am I woke up; someone at the next door bar was cheering for his friend's birthday or something. Around 7 am staff started to carry food for the restaurant, singing and chatting aloud. I left the place at 9am.
The staff, if you manage to find any, are non existent, not friendly, nor professional. There is no management for the aparts. It is a pity because awith slight changes like sound proof doors/walls and one knowledgeable staff might work things around for this place. It was clean and I can see that they spent a lot of money for the Aparts.
I do highly not recommend the place at all.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
you are staying in a condo !!!

the hotel is on the top of a restaurant .. you will be shocked when the waiter takes you through the restaurant to the elevator to your room . Its an exciting experience, and you will be dazzled how amazing your room is. A queen size bed and fully renovated one bedroom apartment. It looks like a luxurious condo is north America.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The only downside is, they didn't have a safety box when I stayed in it. However, the manager will offer to put your valuable stuff in the same safe they have in the restaurant.
