The staff was good. Breakfast with a veriety.
Helpful staff. Close to many luxury hotels. Nice breakfast.

No serious issues. Only the negative thing I felt was that the room was congested with three beds. Had they provided one king size bed the room would have been more spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Meals were not that good except the open buffet breakfast. It was so-so.

dissatisfaction. the receptionist first refused to accept the coupon and said that we had paid for one days whereas we had paid for full 6 days then after argument, agreed. the hotel is not, i repeat not 4 star hotel but maybe a two star. no iron provision, no adapter for cell phone, buffet b/fast terrible and over crowded and things running out. bathroom had only one spot light and you couldn't see your face while shaving. no proper soap or other esstianls in b/room. no smile at the reception. kettle/hotpot given in room, but when we asked for tea bags, no sorry. no water bottles and you had to lug heavy water bottles to your room everyday.
Shopping Tip:
istaqlal street is close by for good shopping and two subway stops away is a great shopping mall.

Great location, very average Hotel

Outdated rooms, and long check in process due to insufficient staff.
Breakfast staff struggled to provide sufficient cutlery, crockery, food and beverages and were extremely slow at replenishing. Breakfast was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
