overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel you can reach the hotel from the hotel in subway for 4 tl instead of taking a taxi. the location is great. just a short walk to the major attractions. the rooms very decent with internet access. breakfast was decent as well. the staff is very good. the hotels restaurant was good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take te public boat at sunset instead of the sunset boat tour.

Emin hotel in Istanbul

The hotel has good location - next to the Topcapi palace, AyaSofia and other historical landmarks.
The personnel was friendly and speak English.
The breakfast was good but everyday was the same - eggs, butter, cheese, tomato, tea and instant coffee.
The rooms were too small and not clean enough.
Shopping Tip:
Be carreful with the retailers, there are no price labels.

Great location but small rooms
A good restaurant, cafe, on the ground floor, which gives you 10% discounts!

We enjoyed the stay, being within walking distance from Galada Bridge and Gulhane Park, for sun-rise and sun-set walks.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't miss the cafes overlooking Bosporus in Gulhane Park.

５泊しましたが、そのうち３泊はシャワーが壊れているという事でお湯が使えませんでした。その事をスタッフに話しましたが、その時の対応が少しいい加減であまりいい気はしませんでした。ただ、トラムの駅にも近く、観光には便利な立地です。

とにかく部屋が狭い！ほとんどベッドで占領されている感じで荷物を広げるスペースはありません。トイレとシャワーはついてますがかなり使いづらいでした。

一人旅であるならば十分、近くに酒屋もあるし、食事をとるのも便利です。
日にちを変えて、二泊しましたが、いずれの部屋もシャワーはチョロチョロです。
一つの部屋は、テレビが見れず、もう一つの部屋は、トイレの流すレバーが壊れており、不自由した。
１階が食堂のため、ラマザンの時期は、遅くまでがやがややってます。
階段や廊下を移動する音がとても響きます。

スタッフの対応は普通です。愛想はなく、いい意味でいい加減です。

夜遅くまで、ホテル前のパーがうるさく睡眠の妨げになるかもしれせん。
部屋は、簡素で暗いです。簡素でする。一人旅なら我慢できます。

самые отвратительные впечатления, т.к., когда мы приехали в отель в 2 часа ночи(предварительно уведомив отель о своем позднем приезде по почте и получив от них подтверждение, что они получили эту информацию)мы не обнаружили на рецепции никого (хотя отель позиционирует себя, как 24-часовое обслуживание).как позже выяснилось, хозяин в 1 час ночи сдал кому-то наш предоплаченный номер и уехал домой. в результате нам пришлось в 3 ночи искать себе отель, чтобы переночевать, а на следующий день с большим скандалом выбивать себе свой предоплаченный (за 2 ночи)номер и требовать возмещения за ночь, которую мы ночевали в другом отеле.
кроме нас , утром приехала русская семья, которой отель предложил трансфер, они согласились, но отель трансфер не предоставил и они были вынуждены добираться на такси.кроме того,хотя отель по почте подтвердил им раннее заселение (они приезжали в 5 утра) в 11 они все еще сидели в холле отеля.
кстати, по поводу наших проблем, отель ссылался на то, что они не получили нашу предоплату от агоды(хотя мы бронировали отель более, чем за месяц).
в общем, уикенд был безнадежно испорчен скандалами, недосыпом и тратой кучи времени на выяснение отношений с отелем.
Shopping Tip:
Ездили в район Лалели. Не советую. Делать там нечего.
