Hearty breakfast but noisy rooms

Great location, within walking distance to the old town and the busy shopping street. Sumptuous breakfast is very satisfying. Hotel staffs are courteous and helpful. The only negative is, there's no sound insulation between walls. This means, you can hear every sound from the rooms adjacent to yours including the room above. And this hotel caters to tour groups so when they arrive, the noise hits you all at once. Other than that, we were happy with the hotel and what we paid for.

ok hotel for a short stay
Rooms clean and fairly well-serviced; breakfast quite varied and plentiful; quite good location

had to change rooms due to bad drainage causing musty smell. several people in our group had similar problems.
some reception staff ok but most pretty glum and disinterested, as were the shop assistant and waiitng staff.
room supplied with kettle and cups but had to pay for teabags etc - that's a first!
due to early flight lost out on breakfast - had to ask for a breakfast pack which wasn't ready and we had to wait for it to be made up. turned out to be a small carton of juice and stale sandwich.
to sum up, ok hotel but service could be a lot better.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel charges a lot for tea/coffee and soft drinks.
The little cafe next door has lovely drinks and beverages served with a smile. Nice cakes and pastries too.

Great hotel with great service
Perfect location between both historical and shopping district

Quite far off from the train station but you can always get the taxi because the location of the hotel is in between two districts. Enjoyed my stay and great accommodation. Oh! They have hammam at the hotel itself.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Shopping district is not so far from here
