Ayako T. Groups Japan, March 28, 2012	good location, but not enough staff cozy room and everything there we need 8.3 Everything is just perfect! but not enough staff. Especially not so much staff who speak English. It is hard to communicate. (One guy who speak English was not smily though, he works very heard and good enough.) And no staff stay at "Lush House Galata". All staff are at "Lush Hotel" in Takusim. So you should come to the hotel first to check in.

Families with young children Sweden, July 04, 2012	Bra läge, perfekt utgångspunkt Bra ytor, trevlig takternas 5.7 Ingen reception gjorde incheckningen krånglig då vi anlände tidigt på morgonen. Dessutom hade vi småsaker att fråga om, men det fanns ingen. Vi trodde vi bokat ett hotell, men detta är ett lägenhetshotell där man får sköta sig helt själv. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Åk till Prinsessöarna, det är en trevlig dagsutflykt!
