Business travelers Saudi Arabia, May 03, 2013	worst hotel I ever had nothing is good except Close to shopping areas 4.7 negative : 1- small beds 2- breakfast food is the same for the whole week ! 3- the people are not friendly at all especially afternoon shift and they have a bad guy who is sitting on the front desk, don't ever try to ask him anything . 4- blanket , Pillow have bad smell 5-air conditioners is not working at all , and don't try to ask them because they are liars , they will say ok we will talk to the technical people and in fact they will not talk to any one , because the problem is from ever 6- towels are used to mach because they have lots of slits , i have pictures for them anyone wants them i will send it to his email 7-this hotel should have Half star
Jean-Martial V. Solo travelers France, April 06, 2013	Flashy but low quality location close to tramway but not much else. 5 They lost my booking on arrival, small sized room but ok. The only problem was the bathroom. So tiny it is nearly a joke. Mini bar was out of work. When reception was advised the only answer I got was it is mid season so cooling system are not on yet. Of course I was not talking about AC but just about minibar so the answer was not at all appropriate. Furniture are of very low quality but beds are quite comfy. Very overpriced as many hotels in Istambul. Decent breakfast if you do not need american style.
Arben P. Families with young children United States of America, April 06, 2013	Bad experience None at all. 3.3 The breakfast was bad the staff was not very freandly the room was small and smelled bad the international did not work at all. Would not recommend this place or ever go there.
