All I can say that I rented an apartment without services at all,
Found the fridge was already damaged, as we kept calling the management to replace it for us, till the food we brought rotted already.
second day They left to us in a bag hanging on the apartment door Single “ Towels, Bed cloth, bottle of Water, cola, Shampoo, Balsam ,soap, and single roll of Tissue Paper” to be used for the whole 8 days we stayed!, as no one knocked our door ever again.
We kept taking our Garbage day by day to through it at the trash can at the street
Also the Transportation was part of the deal, We provided and confirmed with the management the arrival and the departure time,
No one wait us on arrival, and while checking we called them as they suggested if we could hire a cap, as “Seda” the employee responsible for our reservation left the company and they had no information with regards to our transportation deal with Agoda.

Sketchy location but cheap and convenient

this rented apartment was in the right section of istanbul, but two streets away from the main tourist hub. unfortunately, we were on the boarder of a very sketchy neighborhood which made for coming home at night a bit worrisome, especially for the women in our group. that being said the service was good despite the late airport pick up and stops along the way to pick up employees and cleaning supplies. also, the bathroom was a disappointment as the toilet would note flush after the first night, and the layout was strange.

Absorutely different from the photos

I stayed the apartment with kitchen for 4 nights near Taksim square one. The area is a kind of very dirty area where gypsy residence area and the building were awful. The photos they are showing in the web advertisement is very nice, but those photos are not real. I dont recomend the guests who visit to Istanbul first time to stay this accommodation. But for myself it was ok.
