suspicius hotel being closed by authorities

during our stay the hotel has been shut down by authorities (seal has been placed on the door). Apart from that hotel was running "undercover", we were let in by the staff who told us that they were closed by authorities but nothing is wrong and tomorrow everything would return to normal - it did not return to normal.
The walls in the hotel are covered with humidity, to an extent that the plaster was falling down.
The location is good, room especially bathroom was ok.

Hotel staff are friendly but speak no english

The first day they have put me in ground floor room with no Air-condition, poor ventilation and security.
Second day i moved up to second floor with Air-condition but the room was dirty. Ceiling wall was badly crack and dry paint was falling from the ceiling.
Both rooms toilet were clean but smelly.
This hotel is hard to find and if you are thinking of taking the metro/Tram to the hotel. Think twice cause you need to go through a 100 mtr steep slope walk up & down everytime.
For the trouble and price I paid. It is not worth it at all.

Good location and value for money

I had spent 3 days in this hotel and it was a good experience especially considering the hotel cost. Very nice location and next to Blue Mosque which is 5 mins walk from the hotel. Though hotel is very hard to find and locate. Even taxi won't be able to find the hotel very easily.
