Quiet hotel with an amazing view

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Lavista while visiting Ephesus and the surrounding area & were very happy with our stay. Our room was very spacious and we had a terrific view of the Aegean Sea from our balcony. The service was excellent. We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night (no complaints), but for the next two nights we took the short 15 minute walk into Kusadasi - a stay here isn't complete without enjoying some of the fresh seafood! If I was ever to return to this area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful Vistas ... mediocre rooms and service

the hotel was nice enough, but definitely not 4 stars accommodations or service. the restaurant and cleanly staff was lovely. the front desk clerks did not speak english very well... they smiled and said yes but didn't understand what you were saying (or just didn't follow through on requests). the room was just ok - linens and towels not very soft, bed not particularly comfortable, and single ac barely cooled the room, much less the bathroom. though the basic of the room were clean enough, the furniture had fancy scrollwork and details that were encrusted with dust. included buffet breakfast was ok - but not very sanitary - food was covered with flies, etc. didn't get the dinner package, thank goodness.

This is a new hotel with beautiful Aegean seaview. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy. Staff and nice and helpful. It has a beautifuk infinity pool facing Aegean sea. It would be a great place to stay in summer. But when comparing with hotels, it is a bit far from the town centre with at least 15 mins walking distance to the town centre.
