Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Nice set up with friendly staff
Well-equipped, friendly and very near the main attraction
8.7
Cosy place despite the small room but understandable as Pamukkale is a small town. People were friendly and the Hermosa Tour owner happened to be the hotel owner and there was a very helpful Taiwanese lady, Monica and who helped us to get information and a Turkish guide, Veli Gokdogan who pulled out all the stops to help us find an overnight bus from Pamukkale to Cappadocia when all seemed lost.
This hotel is pretty much family orientated so i highly recommend it to those thinking of staying in Pamukkale

Great location, great value for money
Friendly service, appropriate location

I and my friend had a short stay (<12 hours) at Artemis Yoruk, but it was enough for us to have a good feeling about the place. If you are visiting Pammukale, this might be one of the best places for you to stay.

Very centrally located hotel. Nice.
Hotel is not too crowded and the atmosphere is casual but ordely.
8.3
I really liked this hotel. Not too noisy, not too many floors, a respectful staff with their children pitching in.
Free tea, coffee and apple tea(A must try). Bread is cooked at the breakfast and looks and taste like PRATA I am used to, without the curry.
There is a tour agency opposite and though I read bad comments about them, but I still used them.
They proved to be honest and reliable, maybe a little too agressive in their sales. Met both Mohamad and Monica, and found them quite genuine. Definitely not out to cheat you. Still always good to get another quote as one would do when buying any item.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I will start by telling how I got to Pamakkali.
I took a flight and there is a bus waiting which will take you into Denazali. You can arrange with this hotel and some others for then to meet you at some junction. The bus from the airport will drop you and there will be another van from the hotel to pick you up. Total cost 10 lir for the bus and 15 lir for the hotel van(EACH) When you make the hotel booking just indicate you require airport transfer, clearly stated by Artemis Hotel. Dont expect them to be at the airport unless you want special treatment (Cost easily double I think, did not ask)
There are tours from Parmakkali to all the historical and interesting sights say within 3 hrs. drive.
NUMERIOUS bus schedules to take you to your next destination.
You name the place and there is a bus to take you there. Yes *Istanbul at one end and Capacodia at the other end. About 10 hrs. away each.

Cheap hotel but room was dirty
3.7
Upon check in to our room after a day tour in Pamukkale, we saw the untidy towel on the beds. I suspected that the room has not be cleaned but the staff told me that the untidy problem was caused by the air conditioning maintenance work earlier. I wasn't happy as I expected the cleaner to tidy up the room after the maintenance work. When I requested to change room, the staff showed me the unpleasant face and told me all other rooms were full in unfriendly manner. Personally I think he was rude.
I couldn't turn on the air conditioning after the cleaner finished cleaning the room. I called the cleaner again and she attempted a few times but also failed to turn on the air conditioning. Finally she helped to call the maintenance guy and we managed to have the air conditioning turned on. After the guy left, then only I realize the remote control didn't work at all! Also one part of the carpet in the room was wet!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not suggest to take up any day tour. The red travertine which is included in the tour is not really worth it. You can have the flexibility to spend more time in Hierapolis and white travertine without joining a tour. The buffet lunch provided by the tour was also poor.
During summer, it is better to visit the white travertine and Hierapolis in the late afternoon, as the weather is burning hot in day time!

Overall, I was very happy wıth thıs hotel. It ıs ın the heart of the town. Walkıng dıstance to the tourıst attractıons, restaurants, bus station and much more. The rrom were comfortable and the balcony was nıce facıng the pool. The breakfast was very nıce as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
No need to book a tour. You can do it on your own. Just take a local bus for the north gate of Pamakkule pool and then walk down.

Watch Out for the travel Agency
2.3
The two travel agencies in front of the hotel are associated with the hotel.
The Wifi is turned off frequently, I think when the traveler is trying to find out the real cost of the travel, the wifi is off.
Though the hotel price is low, Be careful not to be cheated on any other tour !!
Please, contact the other travel agency and ask about the hotel and travel agency.

Best location for trsnportation
8.3
This hotel is standard hotel, but location is best in Pamukkale. Bus Terminal(not Otogar) is just infront of the main gate of this hotel. Room is very simple, but very clean.
Restaurant Tip:
There are several Korean Restaurant near hotel, best one is located in 1st floor in Kale Otel.
