Business travelers New Zealand, September 22, 2012	Pleasant hotel in a great location Everything you'd need at hand for business, the location was ideal for me. 8.3 I couldn't fault the room at the price point and there was ingenious use of space in the bathroom and entrance area. My only comment might be that more choice for the hot breakfast would have been nice though I couldn't really complain at the price. Friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Restaurant Tip: The Filling Station close by on Union street was a great place for a moderately priced evening meal. If you've always been tempted but never tried the haggis bites are a good entry level 'try out' when it comes to a modern take on Scottish food.

Couples United Kingdom, December 16, 2010	Handy location for centre of town Good location, very clean and lots of bars and restaurants close by 8 We stayed here for 4 nights earlier this month, as my husband had business in Aberdeen. The location was very good as you could walk to the main shopping street (Union St.) in 2 or 3 minutes and at night there were pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel had a small bar inside aswell if you dont want to leave it. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning which was excellent. Shopping Tip: Walk to end of Chapel St which the hotel is on, turn left here and walk down Union St. there are 3 large shopping malls within a ten minute walk. The streets round the hotel also have many little one-off shops worth a look.
