Idyllic, peaceful setting with a lake view backdrop and in a convenient location to visit Bath and surrounds. The hotel is very well run and service is excellent; all our requirements were met without fail. The restaurant serves traditional food at reasonable prices and the full english breakfast is served in large quantities. During our stay a conference was also taking place but our stay was not disrupted in the least. Rooms are well decorated, fully equipped and beds are comfortable. We stayed in 7 hotels over our trip to the west country and rated this the highest.

we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bath or the vicinity. It is a gem of a find in a peaceful setting with abundant wildlife to view on the lake which is the main feature of the hotel surroundings. The staff are warm, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food which is well prepared and good value for money. The hotel features a lounge with a fire place which is perfect for a relaxing drink with friends and family. UK hotels these days leave much to be desired, but Cameley Lodge restores the faith I had in english hospitality.
